01 / The approach

Listen before
the label.

You don’t have to learn the terminology first. Begin with an experience. Pause when you want. Compare what you hear. Then give the idea a name. A session is not a performance and there is no answer to get right — your own response is the point.

The sound is live: crystal bowls, sustained drone, low-frequency tone shaped in the room, for the people in it. Recorded sound can’t follow a room. Live sound can.

02 / Two practices, one person

Stillness here.
Movement there.

Ananda Vibrational Sound Healing is the sound-healing practice: sound baths, private sessions, and sound for gatherings.

Ananda Mandala is the DJ and live-percussion side, with its own home at anandamandala.love. Sometimes a dance ends in stillness, and the two meet.

Handmade sound tools — strikers, activators and a drone flute — are on their way to the shop.

03 / What you can expect

Room for your own response.

01

No claims, no scripts

No promises about what sound will fix. What’s offered is an hour of attention, live sound and space — and what you notice in it is yours.

02

Tuned to the person

Private sessions begin with a conversation about what you’re working with, and the sound is shaped to it.

Come as you are

No experience needed, nothing to perform. Comfortable clothes, a blanket if you run cold, and the willingness to lie down.
