Group sound baths

Lie down, get comfortable,
and let the sound do the work.

A group sound bath is a full hour of live crystal bowls, drone and low-frequency tone. You don’t do anything. You don’t need any experience. Most people fall somewhere between deeply relaxed and asleep, and both are fine.

01 / How it works

A date, a room,
and your spot in it.

Group sessions are scheduled gatherings. Each one has a date, a time and a place, and you reserve a spot for that session — the way you would for a class, not a treatment. When the room settles, it settles, so arrive five minutes early.

  • BringComfortable clothes, and a blanket if you get cold lying still. Mats and everything else are provided.
  • LengthOne full hour of sound, with a few minutes on either side to arrive and to return.
  • First time?Say so when you reserve. Nothing is expected of you; the sound does the work.
  • Good to knowTell me about injuries, pregnancy, sound sensitivity, or anything that affects lying comfortably for an hour.

02 / Upcoming

Dates land here first.

Sessions are announced here and by email as each one is confirmed. If you want to hear the moment the next date is set, send a note and you’re on the list.

Next group session

No public date is scheduled yet.

The next gathering is being arranged. Ask to be told first — one email when the date is confirmed, nothing else.

03 / Host a session

Bring a sound bath
to your people.

Studios, retreats, festivals, workplaces and private gatherings. Tell me about the room, how many people, and the moment you want to create, and we’ll shape a session for it.
