Private sessions · one to one

A session built around you
rather than a room.

We start with a short conversation about what you’re working with — sleep, stress, pain, grief, focus, or nothing in particular — and then I tune the session to it. Crystal bowls, drone and low-frequency work, live rather than recorded.

01 / What happens

You lie down
and receive.

That’s the whole job. You don’t need any experience and you don’t have to do anything. Most people land somewhere between deeply relaxed and asleep, and both are fine.

Comfortable clothes. Everything else is provided.

  • LengthThe session is 60 minutes of sound. Allow about 90 minutes in the room for settling in and a slow return; the extra time is optional, not required.
  • Before the dayPlease send the short intake form before the day of your session — it shapes what we do. Open the intake form ↗
  • WhereCarbondale and the Roaring Fork Valley, Colorado. Where we meet is arranged when you book.
  • Good to knowTell me about injuries, pregnancy, sound sensitivity, or anything that affects lying comfortably for an hour. The intake form asks; you can also just say so.

02 / Choose a time

Pick the hour that suits you.

Book the 60-minute slot; the confirmation email carries the intake link and what to bring. The calendar opens on its own page, or you can use it right here below.

03 / Not sure yet

Two other ways in.

A

A free 15-minute call

Not sure whether this is for you? Ask. No pitch, no obligation. If a group session is a better fit than a private one, or if this isn’t the right thing for you at all, I’ll say so.

B

A group sound bath

A shared room, a full hour of live sound, and nothing to do but lie down. Dates are scheduled and you reserve a spot.
